Damaged in Making by Jessica Ni Leacai

A wayward man,
a severed root,
this unnerved problem.

These barren streets,
these uprooted trees,
this jungle town.

The empty bottles,
the dangling branches,
this hazard area.

Each patron call,
each tree falling,
this ill society.
