Ranted On by Jessica Ni Leacai

There’s oft times for a rant,
a dissipating chant,
an anger raging,
this fearing soul a blazing

In night time’s hour,
incessant squalour,
the demons come,
and all’s left numb

I project forward,
a tape recorded,
whence to believe,
nor not deceive.

Insanity’s, a growing fire,
heartless pang in desire,
march on orders in a line,
leave loneliness, my eyes blind.
