No Joking by Jessica Ni Leacai
Chance you were a clown, comically,
no laughs lent you hysterically,
and children cried in chorus so anxiously
no humour had you so distastefully
I’d buy a book, behesting you read it,
building blocks, bargained in merit,
mathematical methods, mentioned in edit,
and quizical quantums of science and credit.
Doubt due, damningly, debiting your stance,
rants radically rammed, at reasoning chance,
no options open, only conform no advance,
and answers are vacantly varied by a nuisancing nance.
