Delaying Deviant by Jessica Ni Leacai

Delaying Deviant- by Jessica Ni Leacai

Weight withering, wasting away, hurt heavily, hindering,

over a chest, balancing beat on caved in heart, words

disappear in disappoint and rejectful discern, lover, thinking

it unremote of emotes, saying no cares could be patiently placed

Collapse came, in damp, darkness of hours, a record

replaying a day’s desolation, damage done in daylight,

and no recollection, you, not searching, nor sifting

through remaining rubble, rescuing any remnants of my seared soul

Departed, none saught, distressed signals, sent

as days in and nights demanding,  decor of carnage wrapped

around me, I crawled, clawing, cravingly in demeaning desperation, void

filling fearless phrases of guilt, contempt and none caressed, comforting

In solitare, venturing on, dissipating dotes in dire,

one wishing wastefully, away, relevants of repositorial

resonance, no more the singular, seclusion in suffication,

decadence devoured in diametres, deviating discerns from injured apertures
